A fit check first
We tell you if Meta ads will work for your practice before you spend.
Meta Ads · Facebook and Instagram
Facebook and Instagram ads for the practices they suit, with an offer people say yes to. For the ones it doesn’t, we tell you before you spend a dollar.

Your ads run on
Usually it's the offer, or Meta is the wrong place for your practice. More budget fixes neither.
Sometimes the answer is don't run Meta ads at all. When that's true, we tell you, and put the money where your patients are already looking.
Meta ads management
Everything below comes with the setup and the monthly management.
We tell you if Meta ads will work for your practice before you spend.
A first-visit offer people say yes to, with the terms stated plainly.
Video and image ads that speak to the person with the problem.
The ad, the offer and the page tell the same story.
Pixel and server tracking, so Meta learns who books.
Every enquiry texted and called within minutes, not days.
AHPRA-checked ads in Australia, HIPAA-safe tracking in the US.
One number each month: what a booked appointment cost.
Search vs scroll
Facebook and Instagram interrupt people. Nobody scrolling on the couch decides they need a physiotherapist because an ad told them to. They book when they're injured, and then they search Google.
A chiropractor is different. Plenty of people live with a sore back, and a $49 first visit gets them to do something about it. Skin and cosmetic treatments work the same way: an ad can create the want in seconds.
If people have to have the problem before they'll book, Meta ads won't work. That's why we're choosy about who we run it for.
Google: they already have the problem
Need-based care: physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology
Facebook and Instagram: the ad creates the want
Want-based care: chiropractic, skin, cosmetic
Why your ads will book appointments
On Facebook and Instagram, the offer is the ad. If it's wrong, no targeting or budget saves it. So we start there.
Step 1
Your practice type, your services and your area. If Meta ads won’t work, we say so.
Step 2
The offer, the ad and the page, all telling the same story.
Step 3
Every booked appointment reported back, so Meta finds more people like them.
Case study · Our own Meta ads
We run Facebook and Instagram ads to book calls with practice owners, and we report them the same way we report yours.
Not clicks, not likes, not leads. Appointments in the diary.
Who we run Meta ads for
We're clear about which practices Meta ads work for, and we only take on the ones it does.
Not on the list? We'll tell you on the call. If Meta ads aren't right, here's where the money goes instead.
Setup
$1,000
+ GST, paid once
Management
$1,000
+ GST a month
Ad spend is paid straight to Meta, and we set the amount with you on your call.
Meta ads management (Facebook and Instagram) from us costs $1,000 + GST to set up, paid once, then $1,000 + GST a month. Your ad spend is separate and paid straight to Meta. We set the spend with you on the call, based on your services, your area and how much room you have in the diary.
Facebook and Instagram ads usually don’t work well for physiotherapists. People book a physiotherapist when they’re injured, and when they’re injured they search Google. An ad can’t convince someone with no pain that they need treatment. For physiotherapy we put the money into the website, Google Maps and Google Ads instead.
Meta ads work for practices where an ad can create the want: chiropractors with a first-visit offer, skin and cosmetic clinics, and cosmetic surgery. They work poorly for need-based care like physiotherapy, podiatry and psychology, where people only book once they have the problem.
A good Meta ad offer is simple, specific and easy to say yes to, like a $49 or $99 first visit for a chiropractor, with the terms stated clearly. If the offer is wrong, nothing else saves the campaign: better targeting or more budget won’t fix it.
Enquiries that don’t book usually come down to slow follow-up or a page that doesn’t match the ad. Someone who fills in a form at 9pm has forgotten you by Thursday. We text and call every enquiry within minutes, and make sure the page says what the ad promised.
Yes. We write every ad inside AHPRA’s advertising rules for health practitioners: no testimonials, no promises about outcomes, no “best” claims, and any offer has its terms stated clearly. Cosmetic surgery ads follow AHPRA’s stricter cosmetic guidelines. You sign off every ad before it goes live. For US practices we follow HIPAA: no patient health information goes into your ads, tracking or reports.
Meta ads can bring in bookings in the first week, but judge them over a month, not a week. Meta spends the first couple of weeks learning who books, and the numbers swing day to day while it does.
Yes. The ad account sits in your practice’s Meta Business account and you pay Meta directly, so the account, the pixel and all the history stay with you.
No. We work with every booking platform: Cliniko, Nookal, HotDoc, Halaxy and the rest. We set up tracking so bookings that start from an ad are counted.
