A page for every service
Its own page for each of your most profitable services, written around the patient’s problem.
Web Design · The New Patient Growth Website
A page for every service, your Google profile linked to each one, and booking that doesn't lose patients halfway.
Because the people who already want you can't book easily. More traffic won't fix that. A website built to get them booking will.
For a chiropractor in Mackay: 9.3 online bookings a day, up from 5.9, in the first 10 days after launch.
The New Patient Growth Website
Everything below comes in one package. It's what we built for the chiropractor in Mackay.
Its own page for each of your most profitable services, written around the patient’s problem.
On-page SEO done once, during the build, so Google and AI tools know what each page is about.
Up to 30 services on your Google Business Profile, each pointing to its matching page.
Written the way your patients talk, and kept inside AHPRA’s advertising rules.
A few plain questions, then patients land in your booking system with the right appointment picked.
Old pages redirected to the new ones, so what you’ve built carries across on launch day.
Enquiries and bookings, before and after launch. See whether it worked for yourself.
Hosted, fast and kept up to date for $50 + GST a month. You own everything we build.
Website + Google Business Profile
Your Google Business Profile and your website work as a pair. The profile gets you into the map when someone searches "physio near me". The website proves you really do what the profile says.
Your profile lets you list up to 30 services, and each one can link to its own page on your website. When every service has a matching page, Google and ChatGPT can check one against the other and trust both. That's a big part of how they decide which practice to show.
Hardly any practice has this set up. We link every service as part of your website build.
Why your website will rank
Google ranks content that is unique and helpful. The only way to make a practice website unique is to put you in it.
Step 1
What makes you different, what you know about your patients, your services, and the problems people bring you.
Step 2
Everything from the interview, organised so every page on your website draws on it.
Step 3
Your voice, your perspective, your experience and your insight, on every page.
Google's own guidance says it looks for Experience, Expertise, Authority and Trust, and gives health topics extra weight. Template sites and AI-written pages don't have any of it. Yours will, because it comes from you.
See it before you spend a dollar
Tell us about your practice and we’ll design your homepage, then walk you through it with a website strategy built for you.
Free. No obligation.

Case study · A chiropractor in Mackay
His old website barely mentioned dry needling, the thing he's best at. We rebuilt it with a page for each of his most profitable services.
Then he got so busy he stopped his SEO and cut back his Google Ads.
What to pay for, and when
With one or two practitioners and one location, rung one brings in enough new patients. You only climb when your practice grows.
For one or two practitioners and one location
Enough new patients on its own. You don’t need SEO or Google Ads.
Only climb when you’re adding practitioners or opening a second location
Only once rung one is done: on a website that isn’t right, ads cost more and work worse.
Only climb when you have several locations, several disciplines, or both
Most practices are on rung one, and most never need to go higher.
A website and Google profile are a fixed cost that keeps working. Google Ads pays back fast and you can measure every dollar. SEO usually takes more than a year to pay back, so it only makes sense once the business is big enough to wait.
Finish rung one before you ever climb to rung two. Rung one is your website and your Google Business Profile, linked together: the foundation of your marketing for local search. Your Google Ads stand on it. If the website isn't right, the ads cost more and work worse.
Every practice type gets the same build, written around the problems your patients bring you.
Pay once
$7,500
+ GST, paid up front
Three payments
$3,000
+ GST each, 30 days apart
A healthcare website from us costs $7,500 + GST, fixed, paid once, or three payments of $3,000 + GST, 30 days apart. The only ongoing cost is hosting at $50 + GST a month, which you'd pay for any website. Agencies often charge less up front and then a monthly fee for SEO on top. We do the on-page SEO during the build, so it's in the price.
About 30 days from your first hour with us to launch. You spend about five hours across the whole project: an hour at the start on your most profitable services and what patients ask you, a couple of hours reviewing pages, and a final check before launch.
Yes. You own everything we build. If you ever want SEO later, with us or anyone else, a site built properly makes it easier and cheaper.
No. We work with every booking platform: Cliniko, Nookal, HotDoc, Halaxy and the rest. Patients still book in yours. We change the part before it, so they arrive having already picked the right practitioner and appointment.
We write every page inside AHPRA's advertising rules for health practitioners: no testimonials about clinical outcomes, no promises about results, no misleading claims. You still sign off every page before it goes live.
Yes. When we rebuild, we redirect your old page addresses to the matching new pages, so the visitors and rankings you've built carry across.
Check it on your phone now. Does it load fast? Can you see the booking button straight away? Is there a page for each service you most want to sell? If any answer is no, it's costing you bookings.
We won't promise you a number of new patients, and we'd be careful of anyone who does. Every practice starts from a different place. Your dashboard shows enquiries and bookings before and after, so you'll see whether it worked. And you see your free homepage mockup before you pay anything.
