The right categories
Your main category set to what patients search, plus the others that fit.
Local SEO & Google Maps · Rung one of the New Patient Growth Ladder
Your Google profile set up properly, every service linked to its own page on your website, and a simple way to keep the reviews coming.

Usually because your Google profile and your website don't tell the same story. Google can't check what your profile claims, so it shows the practice down the road instead.
For a chiropractor in Mackay: we linked every service on his Google profile to its own page. Online bookings went from 5.9 to 9.3 a day in the first 10 days.
Local SEO & Google Maps
The first five come with your New Patient Growth Website. The last three are the optional monthly care.

Google profile + website
Google ranks the map on three things: how close you are, how relevant you are and how well known you are. Nobody can move your practice closer. Relevance is where you win.
Your profile says what you do. Your website proves it. You can list up to 30 services on your profile, each linking to its own page. When they match, Google and ChatGPT check one against the other and trust both.
A great profile pointing at a weak website is a toothless tiger. Hardly any practice has this set up. We link every service as part of your website build.
Why your practice will show on the map
Google shows the practice it trusts most for the search. So we start with what you actually do, build a page for it, and only then point your profile at it.
Step 1
Which services you want more of, what makes you different, and the words your patients use.
Step 2
Written from the interview, in your voice, as part of your New Patient Growth Website.
Step 3
Every category and service on your profile points to its matching page.

Case study · A chiropractor in Mackay
We built a page for each of his most profitable services and linked every one to his Google Business Profile.
Then he got so busy he stopped his SEO and cut back his Google Ads.
The New Patient Growth Ladder
Your website and your Google profile make rung one together. Finish rung one before you ever climb to rung two.
For one or two practitioners and one location
Enough new patients on its own. You don’t need SEO or Google Ads.
Only climb when you’re adding practitioners or opening a second location
Only once rung one is done: on a website that isn’t right, ads cost more and work worse.
Only climb when you have several locations, several disciplines, or both
Most practices are on rung one, and most never need to go higher. The map is earned once and keeps working. Google Ads charges you for every click.
Finish rung one before you ever climb to rung two. Your website, linked to your Google profile, is the foundation of all your marketing for local search. Google Ads and SEO stand on it. If it isn't right, everything above it costs more and works worse.
Every practice type gets categories and services set up for the way its patients search.

Local SEO and Google Maps setup is included in your New Patient Growth Website, which is $7,500 + GST, paid once, or three payments of $3,000 + GST. Ongoing care (reviews, photos, posts and a monthly map report) is optional at $500 + GST a month. Hosting for the website is $50 + GST a month.
Your practice usually isn’t showing on Google Maps because Google can’t tell what you do or doesn’t trust it. Common causes: the wrong main category, only a few services listed, details that differ across the web, and a website with no page to back up what the profile claims. Distance matters too, and nobody can change that.
Most practices see their profile start moving within a few weeks of the changes going live. How far it goes depends on how many practices compete near you and how far the searcher is from your door. We don’t promise a position: nobody honest can.
There’s no magic number of Google reviews. You need enough recent reviews to compare well with the other practices in the top three, and reviews that say what happened read better than “great service”. Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking.
Yes, you can ask patients for a Google review, as long as you don’t offer anything in return or tell them what to write. You can’t reuse those reviews as testimonials in your own advertising, so we link to your profile instead of copying reviews onto your website. Our replies never confirm someone is a patient.
No. Your Google profile needs a website that proves what it claims, with a page for each service. A great profile pointing at a weak website is a toothless tiger, so we set up the profile as part of your New Patient Growth Website.
Not always. Once your profile is set up and linked, it keeps working. Monthly care is for practices that want someone else to ask for reviews, reply to them, add photos and posts, and report on the map each month. If your front desk already does that, you don’t need it.
Yes. Each location gets its own Google Business Profile and its own location page on your website, linked the same way. A second location is also when Google Ads starts to make sense.
Yes. ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers check your Google profile against your website before they name a practice. When every service on your profile links to its own page and your details match everywhere, they trust you. That’s why AI SEO is built into your website and Google profile.
Yes. Your Google Business Profile stays in your practice’s name. We’re added as a manager, so you can remove us at any time and keep everything.
