A rank map every two weeks
Where you show across your suburbs, for each service.
SEO · Rung three of the New Patient Growth Ladder
New pages every month for the services, conditions and suburbs you want more of, written from your own expertise, on a website already built to book.

Usually because the SEO sits on a website that was never built to rank or to book. More blog posts and backlinks can't fix the foundation.
For a chiropractor in Mackay: we rebuilt his website before anything else. Online bookings went from 5.9 to 9.3 a day in the first 10 days, and he stopped his SEO.
Monthly SEO
Everything below comes with your monthly SEO.
Where you show across your suburbs, for each service.
20 minutes with you, so new pages carry your experience.
Pages or blog posts on the conditions, treatments and services your patients search for.
Pages for the suburbs around each clinic, never copy-paste city pages.
Links from local groups, sponsorships and health directories.
Every new page added to your Google profile’s services.
No outcome claims, no testimonials, no “best in town”.
Calls, bookings and rankings each month, not just traffic.
Website + SEO
SEO adds pages to your website. If the website underneath is slow, vague or hard to book on, every new page inherits the problem, and you pay each month to grow something that doesn't work.
So we start with rung one: a page for every main service, linked to your Google profile, built to book. Most of your SEO is done the day we build your website. Monthly SEO adds the next pages and local links on top.
Your website is the foundation of your marketing. That's why we only do SEO on a New Patient Growth Website.
Why your pages will rank
Google ranks pages that are unique and helpful. Nobody else can write what you know about your patients, so we put you in every page.
Step 1
A rank map for each service across your suburbs shows where to build next.
Step 2
What you see in the clinic, how you treat it, and the questions patients ask you.
Step 3
From your practice brain, in your voice, and linked to the pages already there.
Google's own guidance asks for helpful, reliable content written for people. It calls it E-E-A-T.
See it before you spend a dollar

Case study · A chiropractor in Mackay
He was paying for SEO on a website that wasn't built to book. We rebuilt the website first, with a page for each of his most profitable services.
Then he got so busy he stopped his SEO and cut back his Google Ads.
The New Patient Growth Ladder
Finish rung one before you ever climb to rung three. We always update your website before we start SEO.
For one or two practitioners and one location
Enough new patients on its own. You don’t need SEO or Google Ads.
Only climb when you’re adding practitioners or opening a second location
Only once rung one is done: on a website that isn’t right, ads cost more and work worse.
Only climb when you have several locations, several disciplines, or both
Only once rung one is done: we always update the website before SEO.
Most practices don't need SEO. With one or two practitioners at one location, your website and Google profile usually bring in enough new patients.
SEO is for practices with more to fill. Several clinics, several disciplines, or both, and the patience to let it build. SEO takes months, not weeks, so we'll tell you on the call if you're not there yet. Need patients sooner? That's Google Ads.
Every practice type gets pages written around the conditions and treatments its patients search for.
Monthly SEO
$2,000
+ GST a month, up to two locations
Minimum term
6 months
then month to month
No setup fee. Each location after two is $500 + GST a month. SEO starts once your New Patient Growth Website ($7,500 + GST, paid once) is live. We always update the website before SEO.
SEO for a healthcare practice costs $2,000 + GST a month with us for up to two locations, plus $500 + GST a month for each location after that. There’s no setup fee and a six-month minimum, then it’s month to month. It sits on top of your New Patient Growth Website, which is $7,500 + GST, paid once, or three payments of $3,000 + GST. Hosting for the website is $50 + GST a month.
Most practices don’t need SEO. With one or two practitioners at one location, a website and Google profile built properly usually bring in enough new patients. SEO makes sense when you have several locations, several disciplines, or both, and more diary to fill than rung one can.
SEO takes months, not weeks, to bring in bookings you can count. New pages can start showing within a few weeks, but it builds over time, which is why there’s a six-month minimum. If you need patients in the next 30 days, SEO isn’t the answer; Google Ads is.
Google Ads first, for most practices. Ads bring in bookings within weeks and you can measure every dollar. SEO builds more slowly: it takes months, not weeks. That’s why Google Ads is rung two and SEO is rung three, and both only once your website is right.

SEO pricing covers up to two locations for $2,000 + GST a month. Each location after that is $500 + GST a month, because each one needs its own Google profile, its own suburb pages and its own rank map.
No. Weekly blog posts rarely bring in local patients. Your patients search for a service, a condition or a suburb, so that’s what we build pages for. A blog post only earns its place when it answers a question patients ask that no service page covers.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google decides rankings, and it depends on how many practices compete near you and how far the searcher is from your door. We show you where you rank across your suburbs every two weeks, so you can see it move.
Yes. Every page is written inside AHPRA’s advertising rules for health practitioners: no testimonials, no promises about outcomes, no “best” or “leading” claims. You read and sign off every page before it goes live.
Mostly, yes. ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers look for the same things: a clear page for each service, a Google profile that matches your website, and details that are the same everywhere. Getting SEO right does most of the work for AI search too. See how AI SEO works.
Yes. Every page we write lives on your website, and you own your website. If you stop SEO after the six-month minimum, the pages stay and keep working.
